Find the office

Sarego Street, in the centre of Kraków

The registered office sits on ul. Józefa Sarego, a short walk from the Kraków Old Town ring. Visits are by prior arrangement only — the institute works to a research schedule, so a confirmed time is needed before anyone travels.

Research and collaboration

What a useful enquiry names

Enquiries about a specific research program, a topic proposal, or a possible collaboration are read by the research team. A useful enquiry names the program or topic and explains what you need from the institute.

  • 01 The program or topic you are asking about, by its published name.
  • 02 What you need from the institute — a briefing, a scope check, a joint proposal, or an introduction.
  • 03 Your organisation and the timeline you are working to, if one is fixed.
  • 04 Who to reply to, if someone other than you will take the thread forward.

If an enquiry concerns a program's scope, it is routed to the team working on that program. Topic proposals go to the editorial group that selects topics.

Written enquiries

Send a research or collaboration enquiry

The form on this page is for written enquiries. It asks for your name, contact details, and a short description of what you need. The description field matters most: a clear question gets a faster and more useful answer.

Enquiries sent through the form reach the institute the same way email does. Every written enquiry gets an answer, though response time depends on current research workload.

The form collects personal data. The privacy policy describes what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to make a request about your data.

A clear question gets a faster and more useful answer. If your enquiry concerns a specific program, name it here.

Scope of the institute's work

Legal advice, compliance auditing, and client-side technology implementation sit outside what the institute does.

What the institute cannot help with

The institute does not provide legal advice, does not act as a compliance auditor, and does not implement technology on behalf of clients. Enquiries asking for those services are outside what the institute does, and they are better directed to a law firm, an audit practice, or an implementation partner.

Compliance and risk notes on this site are background material for decision-makers. They are a starting point for a team working through a regulatory question, not a substitute for professional advice. Where a note raises a question your own advisers should answer, treat it as a prompt rather than an answer.

Not offered

Legal advice or legal opinions on a regulatory question.

Not offered

Acting as a compliance auditor or signing off an audit.

Not offered

Delivering or implementing technology on a client's behalf.

If your enquiry falls into one of these areas, it is still worth writing — the institute can often point to the published research that covers the ground.

Formal and procurement correspondence

Privacy

What happens to the data you send

The form on this page collects personal data. The privacy policy describes what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to make a request about your data. The cookie policy covers cookies used on the site. Both documents are linked from the footer of every page, and both are readable before you send anything.

Not sure which route fits?

Write to the institute with your question in your own words. If it belongs with a program team, the editorial group, or a formal contact, it will be routed from there — you do not need to pick the right desk yourself.
